Reference Checks
In the pre-candidates phase, the Ministerial search committee will limit checking references to those provided by candidates.

Once an offer has been extended, we will team with the minister for developed reference checks that will be deeper and with the minister’s knowledge. We will not reach out to the minister’s current congregation without their agreement.

Negotiating Team
Our minister search negotiating team members are:

• Pat Benedict is currently a member of our Board of Trustees and the Treasurer.
• Fran Davin is a long time member of our church who has held many leadership roles.
• Earl Harvey is a member and treasurer for the Ministerial Search Committee
