The Nominating/Leadership Development (N/LD) Committee focuses its actions on two main efforts:

First, it recruits candidates to run for election for the Board of Trustees at the annual Congregational meeting, which was held on the first Sunday in May.

In its second area of focus, the N/LD Committee attempts to fill committee chair positions (specifically the chairs of the standing committees listed in the church’s By-Laws) as they become vacant. The committee has four members: Diane Gainforth, Russell Patterson, Russell Kirby, and Ed Benedict (current Chair).
