Our tri-city area includes Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater which is centrally located on Florida’s west coast right on the Gulf of Mexico, so that means there is a lot to do.
Tampa Bay has many activities for locals and visitors, including dining out, shopping, golfing, cruises, water sports, fishing, and visiting local attractions such as Busch Gardens Theme Park, The Florida Aquarium, MOSI, and Lowry Park Zoo.
Tampa is about an hour away from Orlando with all the attractions located there.
The Tampa area is home to 25 colleges and universities, and Hillsborough County has the eighth largest school district in the United States. In 2013, twelve out of Hillsborough County’s 27 public high schools were ranked in Newsweek’s list of America’s Best High Schools.
Ybor City is a historic Cuban neighborhood with great restaurants and activities. Seventh Avenue, the main commercial thoroughfare in Ybor City, was recognized as one of the “10 Great Streets in America” by the American Planning Association. The local Columbia restaurant has been named a “Top 50 All-American icon.”
Not to be overlooked, Tampa International is one of the most accessible and easy to navigate airports in the US.
