Stability does not come without financial security.   We have suffered through some financially difficult years, but they are in the distant past.   We recently been pledged an anonymous endowment gift of $60,000 which will give us financial security.  With this pledge, our final mortgage payment will be in the summer of 2015, making us debt free.

Tampa is a unique and special area with the diversity of a large city but the feel of a smaller city.   Florida has a lower cost of living than much of the country, which is another reason to choose Tampa – click for cost of living information.
