Our Nursery paid staff consists of Kim and Catherine. They are beloved and dependable. In January, Kim started treatment for breast cancer. Candy Gale, Nursery Chair, was called to find volunteers so that the nursery would be covered while Kim was recuperating. Candy gathered a group of folks from the church whom she calls her Nursery Angels. She kept a schedule and organized coverage for Kim for eight months. Kim is back, now, and everyone is delighted!

We have a cozy room for our nursery, a couple of rocking chairs, a changing table, a bunch of building blocks and doll houses, stuffed animals, books, and puzzles. It is located directly behind the sanctuary’s sound room, so in the event of a child having adjustment problems, the parents are not far away.

We usually have  about four children ages 2-3 each week.
