Light Yoga Group

The light yoga class is held Friday mornings at 11 a.m. for one hour. Because attendees are mostly fifty years old and up, it might be considered a senior class, though all are welcome.
Light yoga is primarily stretching with very little complex bending
or difficult postures. It is designed to limber and lightly condition, practice breathing techniques and integrate relaxation with exercise. The class is currently being led by Grant Wilson, a member of our church.
