All Services Begin at 11:00 a.m.
Unitarian Universalist Church of Tampa Services
Are Celebrations of Life, Love, Caring, and Respect,
and Their Unique Meanings for Every One of Us
Our congregation gathers at 11:00 a.m. every Sunday. During these intentional, dedicated times of reflection and togetherness, we take a step back from the pressures of day-to-day living to celebrate each other, our faith, and the common bond of humanity that holds us all together in the journey of life, love, caring, respect, and their meanings for us.
No two Sundays are the same. Sometimes fun, at times serious, all are stimulating and leave you with something interesting, provocative, and meaningful to think about the rest of the week — or the rest of your life.
Three Sundays a month, we hear from our minister The Reverend Patricia A. Owen — not about creed and dogma, but about life’s lessons drawn from his own experiences and those she encourages us to reflect upon, and sometimes share.
Once a month, when Rev. Owen and the choir are away, our members lead the celebration, often featuring fascinating guest speakers as well as live instrumental and vocal music provided by the talented performers of our own Folk|Rock|Blues|Bluegrass|etc. group comprised of UUCT members who have found their muse.
Thanks for your interest in the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tampa. We look forward to welcoming you to a Sunday Service.
Vespers begins February 17!
Starting February 17 Rev. Patricia Owen will offer a short, contemplative service every Wednesday for anyone and everyone at 6PM in the sanctuary. The service will last about 30 minutes. There are readings, reflections, music, joys, and concerns and some other components as well! If you are in the area, stop in for a hump day break.
Conversations With The Board: Members of the Board of Trustees will be present for conversation after church on the last Sunday of each month from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. The purpose of these conversations will be to open communication and share ideas. Come with questions and ideas, but please, always with an open mind.
