Because attendees are mostly fifty years old and up, it might be considered a senior class, though all are welcome.<br \/>\nLight yoga is primarily stretching with very little complex bending<br \/>\nor difficult postures. It is designed to limber and lightly condition, practice breathing techniques and integrate relaxation with exercise.
