Since the Endowment Fund receives gifts beyond the annual operating budget of the church, it is a chance to leave a permanent legacy of support. The Endowment Fund grows through bequests, memorial gifts, and charitable annuities.<\/p>\n<p>Gifts to endowments are generally meant to be permanent resources, providing income for special projects.
