Interweave at UUCT

We are a membership organization within the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tampa affiliated with Interweave Continental.  Interweave Continental is an organization of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and  transsexual Unitarian Universalists, and their straight allies affiliated with the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA).

Our purpose is to educate members of our congregation and community about the GLBT community and the issues and concerns confronting us. Through awareness we hope to promote the appreciation and value of diversity in our community.

We meet on the second Sunday of every month after the worship service. The business meeting is held in the small dome every odd-numbered month and a social meeting in a member's home every even-numbered month.  These are always potlucks; so feel free to show off you culinary skill if so desired. Check the UUCT Calendar for activity details.  We also participate in many local activities throughout the year.
